but then again... these are the employees benefits

1. 10 days AL with 2 days incremental for each service year till max 14 days. For Managers level & above, max is cap at 18 days.
2. Bonus is 1 mth. Variable bonus will be as per KPI points. Bonus are given b4 CNY.
3. $200 medical limits for each calendar year. Another $200 for no MC taken for the year.
4. Annual adjustment is usually conducted during the 3rd quarter of the year.
5. Our probation is 6 mth across the board. However if your performance is good, your HOD will consider for an earlier confirmation even b4 6 mth is due.

1. I'm OFFICIALLY UNEMPLOYED! wahaha... last day was 20th Aug, Though i went back on the 21st to help out (i owed company half day anyway..), then the start of rotting my life away... hehee... ok.. i'm currently looking for jobs.. so dun worry... i'm nt really those slackers tt dun work de...

2. I went to Prima for an interview for a lab tech position yesterday. They dun believe tt i will be able to work in lab.. esp since i have been given authority to certain things in my previous job. They felt tt technician position is like a U-turn for me... n wonder y i dun ahead.. but u-turn.. i tried to get my pt across tt I WANT TO handle the machines myself.. i LOVE those analytical machines... but they were telling me.. last time my job was to wait for results... this time job will be ppl chasing me for results... i was 'sweat'.. haiz.. so i think.. this job more or less dun have le.. haha... nvm.. i have my fair share of info... so is ok de...

3. As i said.. i had a crazy night on 150808... tt was my company's (my ex company) 7th mth praying session... as everyone shld noe by now... my company is a DRINK company... meaning... any event, any time.. we DRINK! wahaha.. n it was my official last event with them.. i was being 'forced' to drink quite a few glasses... ok.. b4 everyone start shooting me on hw i shld nt drink.. blah blah blah... i admit i wasnt right in drinking so much... n decided to give up gluping alcohol... and nt drink slowly... this time i really mean it... REALLY!!!!

4. after 15th episode... we went out tgt on the 17th (me, ofm, cp and yan)... had a great time... pulling them to take photo stickers with us... later WD joined us... wahahaa...

Life have been crazy recently... last night was the crazy of the crazy.. but of coz... i shall dun tok abt it 1st lah... i go get photos 1st... wahahaa....

it have been a week since our Singapore 43rd bdae... tt day i went to marina sq with jiu ai and my ex dear lor... wahaha... (WAH! nw then i realised, both are my EXs!!! OMG! wat m i doing!?!? keep holding onto my ex ex ex... wahahaa).. ok... 1st we met le, go ROCKY Master?? or rocky mountains or rocky monster? i 4got wat's the name le... jiu ai's cousin working there.. we went there to eat... the chocolate cake is... YUMMMMMMY!! the pizza oso nt bad lor.... nice place to go....


then after we saw the parade squad marched in... b4 they went into the actual parade ground... i saw Euguene (YH's fren) marching with the ppl at the back.. i presume he is somekind of usher? or guard or watever... anyway, it was grand...

after tt we wanna went to Shears Bridge to take photo... who noes... it was damn squeezy lor.. hot... omg!! then got a lot of ppl... body stick to body... if shuai ge.. mayb can close one eye... but then... well.. nvm.. expected tt oso..

fianlly we got down frm the bridge, and watch the fireworks from the park (dun ask me where... i have no idea oso... )... then took photos (ex dear main motive to be there squeezing)..

after tt we went to rot at coffee club, serene oso joined us.. then too high on chocolate.. so... wahaha... driving jiu ai nuts.. hee... waiting for ex dear to upload those photos... hee...

Ermmm TYJ called and offered me the job today... i mean yesterday (080808).
This is what i was offered:

Work in the subsidary of TYJ call T&T, a joint venture of TYJ and TLGrp. It is like wat Ace is nw to GK lor... it is gonna to be like a one man show AGAIN. Doing the same thing, audit and development. However the food i incharge is dim sum.

Salary offered $1800, 6 mths probhaition, upon confirmation, MAY up to 2k depending to capability.

Working times: 5days week, 0810 - 1800...

My rxn: SIANZ half... Firmenich, CALL ME!!!! wahahaa

Went for seventh mth dinner juz nw at 888...the coffeeshop invited GK, boss dun wanna go... so we went with simon, irene, jimmy, yeo, shwu yann, de hua, kelvin, steven and tony. it is a RARE sight that steven joined us... and simon told me is coz of me.. so all turn up... leaving soon le... 11 more days, 8 more working days... so all gimme face... wahahaa... well.... as simon say we can still go out after i leave de.. juz like tony.. is still one of them de lor....

they drank quite abit... i noe most of them are abit high le... well.. it is usual for them de... i guess after i leave this company i shall quit drinking le.. i mean nt to drink like this lor... drink alot and fast.. coz i think health deterioting coz of alcohol?!? wahahaa.. i got allergy anyway...

Ok, back to my last few days of work in GK... things are chaotic! coz TYL's work is now separate to let 4 ppl take over!!

New Guy - QC (includes Audit) + R&D
Elaine (Purchaser) - Take over arranging samples packing for overseas customers/ exhibitions
Cheryl - Take over ALL my designs and marketing aspects of work (which i DUN and NEVER will agree to it!)
OFM - Take over the checking and odering of stuff needed in production, which includes hair nets, masks, gloves (he is still nt agreeable.. but seems like no choice)

OFM say my GK hates me... coz new guy comes in with a higher pay (our most approx guess, as he owes a car and with exp and oso a degree holder.. who will be satisfied with TYL's pay which is below 2k????), and lesser job! haiz... i ren ming lor...

they wanna me transfer ALL designing work to cheryl and coordinating of designers to her too!!! they siao lah.. she have to deal with overseas customers, settle her Corniche products, get in sales... nw wanna do designing and coordinating with designers?!?! superwoman oso nt like tt use de lah!

YES, i admit i was nt good at planning and time mgmt... and YES, i'm nt serious at my work (to them lah...)... tt y a little work load, i cant take it le... (they say all lies in me nt noeing how to plan and manage my time... ) Cheryl is always the better worker (my bosses say de), but THAT DOES NOT MEAN SHE CAN HANDLE EVERYTHING LAH!!! kaoz... nw i pulling all handbrakes of handing over my work lor... and even 私邸下discuss with kelvis tt the designing of special promotion tag will give to him do.. Cheryl juz to guide him hw to use photoshop...

Juz damn unhappy lah.. though i still left with 13 days minus 4 days (sat n sun) and 1/2day (due to 7th mth celebration), mommy say i should juz guai guai finish my work and go... but i juz cant see this going on lor... cheryl is a perfectionist lah... everything given to her, she would wanna finish de lor... then she love giving herself stress... she lost her confidence in her previous job.. my objective to get her in here is to help her build back her confidence... nw this.... eeeeeeeeekkkkk... suan liao.. i shall finish up wat i gonna finish tml.. n arrange the design stuff nicely and see how!!!! but then bosses love her.. so mayb things will turn out well!??!

Ok... i'm lazy to update... wahahaa.. well... let me see... on 28th Jul (Mon), i think... due to some unforseen circumstances, i was being flew aeroplane LAST MIN.. which i noe i NEED to be undersatnding... so juz... well... nvm...

My beloved Jiu Ai and Ex dear (she wanna divorce me..:'(... but i not she still loves me.. ), both came save me... we went to Botak Jones at Woodgrove to have dinner... erm.. to be exact.. acc me have dinner... i was wondering... if both of them attached le... will they still come 'save' me last min?? haiz... most prob wun... they will need to have their own life too de lor... well... suan le... i understand...

enough of the 'depress' part... jiu ai or was is ex dear, saw sth very cool on the reciept...
